Automatically detect the pressure of the feed,retentate port and permeate of the ultrafiltration cassette,and automatically calculate the Trans-Membrane Pressure Drop(TMP).

Equipped with a regulating valve,it can precisely control the opening of the return flow end and realize the precise control of the transmembrane pressure difference.

Flow,temperature,conductivity,PH and other on-line monitoring intruments can be configured flexibly in the system according to process requirements.

The system can operate in various modes such as constant transmembrane pressure,constant flow rate,and constant pressure difference.

Automatic CIP program and membrane flux detection can be set.

The fully automatic system is controlled by a standard industrial touch screen computer,and the whole process is monitored and recorded.

The membrane cassette holder is suitable for most brands of ultrafiltration cassettes ,such as PALL,MILLIPORE.
