The mixed materials are extruded into columns, and then are cut into uniform and neat particles by cutting force, rotating force, centrifugal force formed by high-speed rotating gear plate. Particle size distribution of the pellets made by the extruder and spheronizer is uniform. These pellets have high strength, high density, high yield and high one-time qualified rate.
